Refund policy

We have a 14-day remake policy, which means you have 14 days from when you receive your item to request a remake. 

To be eligible for a remake, you will be asked to email pictures of your damaged product along with your order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@northernaccentsmn.com.

Once reviewed and accepted for a remake, you will receive a new order confirmation, and your new order will be put into production right away.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
